Below Terms & Conditions are applicable for website built with HOLLYWEB Designs.
- You must be owner of the business for prepare your business website with us.
- We can build module as per your requirement, you will be responsible for using site and maintain content for your site.
- Website with admin will be hosted and configured on our hosting server, it is non transferable to any other server.
- You will not own coding and programming of website. The coding, programming of the website are property of HOLLYWEB Designs. You can use website with admin panel as long as you will run your website with us.
- FTP access will not granted for your website to any individual(s) and/or your company.
- You must pay hosting charge on time to keep your website live.
- You must not put child, hardcore porn content on your website otherwise your website will be removed without any prior notice and we are not responsible for any content uploaded on your site and you are not eligible for any Refund. Following type of content will be Prohibited: adult-mature, porn, erotic, bondage, sexual intercourse, genitalia, sexual positions, hardcore, softcore, full frontal male nudity, or any pictures on this kind.
- You are responsible for all legal ramifications for your website. You understand that you must own all images copyright or have written consent and permission from the photographer(s). HOLLYWEB Designs are not responsible for any content on your website.
- You understand that HOLLYWEB Designs is a website development company and not a business agency, so we cannot guarantee any income or employment from your website, We are also not responsible for any legal issue raised due to any content uploaded on your website or any type of loss occur in your business due to your website. You must be the owner of your business for prepare business website with us.
- You understand that if you slander, disclose company information or misrepresent HOLLYWEB Designs to any 3rd party, HOLLYWEB Designs reserves the right to cancel or remove your website from our server without further notice and you will not get any type of Refund related your website.
- You understand that all information you have read and discussed in this authorization agreement and you are Agree with all Terms and Conditions listed at present and in future also.
- HOLLYWEB Designs have rights to change Terms Conditions without any prior notice.
